Andrew Guthrie is a Class of 2027 quarterback out of Summit High School in Bend, listed at 6'4, 215 pounds, and currently one of Oregon's Top 2027 QBs for his class. He's also a two-sport athlete who pitches and plays outfield for Summit's baseball program.
Guthrie had a breakout junior season, leading the Storm to a 12-1 record and a 5A state championship game appearance. He completed 145 of 219 passes (66%) for 2,062 yards with 23 touchdowns and just 4 interceptions, while adding 3 rushing touchdowns on the ground. That production earned him Intermountain Conference Offensive Player of the Year, 1st Team All-IMC at quarterback, and 1st Team All-State QB from OSAA. In the offseason he plays with Eforce 7-on-7, getting year-round reps against top competition.
Guthrie already holds Division 1 offers from Northern Arizona, Idaho, and Eastern Washington — and he attended camp at Washington State this past summer. Three D1 offers, a state title game appearance, and 1st Team All-State recognition heading into his senior year is one of the strongest trajectories of any 2027 QB in the region.
